Sara and Frank had guests visiting, so Clada decided to
meet them and kayak Salt River
to see what all the fuss was about
concerning the Bioluminescence phenomenon.
There were 7 of us that night. Chip couldn't go
because of his broken elbow. I used one of Gary's
kayaks.
We had to go out at night to see the bioluminescence; most
of us didn't have lights so it was a little scary.
Frank was smart and had a splunker light for loading up
the kayaks.
It was pretty cool to see the swishy light in the water
when you dragged your paddle through it, but it does
have to be pitch black to observe it. This
