We are doing some work on our roofs, which we plan to recoat before we
paint the house.
We
decided to grind the parapets and the flat roofs (Clada is doing all
the knee work) in preparation for coating the roofs. Next we
pressure-washed the roofs, let them dry, and then re-sealed the water
leads. Clada brushed elastomeric on
the gutters while Chip rolled it on the roof.
