                                                                           Step 19 - Constructing the Garage Foundation
      
                               OUR BUILDER CONVINCED US TO ADD THE GARAGE TO THIS CONSTRUCTION PHASE.

                         Garage Excavation   Column Footings Dug
                                           Stanley brought the site to grade and dug the footings for the garage. 
                             While he was there, we had him dig footings for the front door columns and propane tank.

                                            Termite pretreatment is applied, then it is covered with plastic and steel is laid.
