Step 50 - Final Grade the House Lower
Level We moved this pile of fill from the
upstairs and then bought 3 more truckloads of fill to smooth out the
hill in front of the house.
Then we brought in
a backhoe to move fill and top soil down the hill--Frankie did a superb
job
Next we had Israel bring in his
little machine to fine tune some of the more difficult areas Unfortunately,
we forgot that a previous excavation had hidden our A/C condensation
line,
so we had to hand dig that out before landscaping. Zuni tried to
help us out.
But the good news is we found it
before it was too late
